Terms & Conditions Squeenvip – The Complete Guide for Malaysian Members

1 Acceptance of Squeenvip's Terms of Use

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Member" or "User") and squeenvip ("Platform", "We"). By accessing, registering for, or using any squeenvip service — including slots, blackjack, Live Casino, Sports Betting, e-sports, and all other platform features — you agree to be bound by the terms set out below.

This agreement takes effect from the date you register your squeenvip account. squeenvip reserves the right to modify, add to or amend any part of this agreement at any time without prior notice, except for changes that materially affect members' interests – in which case a minimum of seven (7) days' notice will be given via email or squeenvip platform notification.

2 Squeenvip Account Registration

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your squeenvip account password.
• Squeenvip reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC) at any time to confirm a member's identity.

Squeenvip reserves the right to decline any individual's registration application without providing a reason. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions or claim bonuses repeatedly is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.

3 Deposits & Withdrawals at squeenvip

All financial transactions on squeenvip are processed within Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and subject to the following terms:

4 squeenvip Bonus & Promotions Terms

• The welcome bonus is available to new members only and may be claimed once.

• Squeenvip reserves the right to void or suspend bets on any sporting event where there is evidence of malpractice, match-fixing, or exceptional circumstances.

7 Account Closure, Restrictions & Suspension

Squeenvip reserves the right, without prior notice, to suspend, restrict or close a member's account under the following circumstances:

• Fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity
• Creating multiple accounts or misusing the squeenvip bonus system
• Providing false information during registration or the KYC process
• Use of unauthorised third-party software or techniques that provide an unfair advantage
• Abusive behaviour, threats or harassment directed at squeenvip staff or other members

If an account is closed due to a violation, squeenvip reserves the right to forfeit the entire balance, including deposits, winnings, and bonuses, without compensation. For closures requested by the member or for reasons unrelated to a violation, any valid balance will be refunded to the member upon completion of the review process within 14 business days.

• Loss of profits, indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of squeenvip

Squeenvip's maximum liability to any member under any circumstances is limited to the total amount deposited by that member in the 30 days preceding the claim.

These Terms and Conditions are interpreted and enforced in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from the use of squeenvip shall first be resolved through a negotiation process between the member and squeenvip.

Squeenvip is committed to resolving all complaints and disputes in a fair and timely manner. If a resolution cannot be reached through negotiation within 30 days, the dispute will be referred to a recognised alternative dispute resolution body.
